1. Program Name:
  • 2010 Subaru Regional Contingency Program (National Championship Support Events only)

2. Program Summary:
  • Subaru is an Official Contingency Sponsor of the 2010 Rally America National Championship and supporting Regional events.
  • This is an optional contingency awards program:  Signing up once automatically enters the driver’s name and car number for the entire season.
  • Registrants must sign up using the form found here:  http://vtcar.com/subaru07/signup.htm
  • It is the registrant’s responsibility to register properly and neatly apply all decals

3. Eligible Events:
  • Any Regional level Rally America event that runs concurrent with a 2010 Rally America National Championship event weekend.

4. Registration Requirements:
  • Registration is REQUIRED for this Subaru Rally Contingency Program prior to applicable event day(s) via the sign up form found here: http://vtcar.com/subaru07/signup.htm
  • Registrants will remain on this program for the remainder of the calendar year unless Registrant specifies otherwise.
  • REGISTRATIONS AT AN EVENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
  • All registrants will be required to provide their Social Security number in order to receive any award payouts. A representative of the Subaru Contingency program will contact the Registrant for this information via phone after registering online.

5. Decal Requirements:
  • Registrants are required to affix four decals to their registered competition car according to the decal layout guidelines found here: http://www.vtcar.com/subaru08/decal_guide2008.pdf
  • Decals must be placed neatly on the registered race vehicle prior to the official start of the event. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of any Subaru awards for that respective event
  • Availability: One set of decals will be supplied at no charge to the registrant, mailed via UPS ground, after their completed online registration is reviewed and accepted by program officials.

6. Vehicle Eligibility
  • 2002 Model Year or newer Impreza-based models, 2000 Model Year or newer Legacy
  • All other Impreza-based and 1995-1999 Model Year Legacy models

7. Class Eligibility
  • Rally America:  Any Rally America Class
  • Class entry size requirement:  None

8. Award Information:
  • Each Subaru ClubRally/Regional registered competitor will be entitled to a $200 “Start Fund” at each event where said competitor enters and starts irrespective of finishing spot.  Subaru reserves the right to limit Start Fund monies to 10 eligible competitors per event.
  • Eligible Subaru Regional registrants will only be entitled to one (1) Start Fund payment of $200 per event weekend irrespective of the number of regional rally events entered in the same weekend.
  • The award check, in the appropriate amount, will be mailed to the address on record, payable to the registered driver.
